s1 2 s4 Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Amendment No. 206, 1994 (No. 3) ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1994. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the TransportInfrastructure(Roads)Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 1.02 (Definitions) 4. Section 1.02, definitions “commercial vehicle” and “primary producer” — omit, insert— ‘ “commercialvehicle” means a motor vehicle built mainly for carrying or hauling goods; “primary produce” means— (a) tobacco; or (b) raw material for clothing or food derived from— (i) agriculture; or (ii) dairying; or (iii) fishing; or (iv) livestock production; or (v) viticulture; “primary producer” means a person engaged mainly in the production of primary produce;’.

Section 4.09(1)— omit, insert— ‘ 4.09(1) A vehicle owned by a primary producer may be registered for 3 or 6 months if— (a) it is used only in the owner’s business as a primary producer; and (b) it is a vehicle that— (i) has a load capacity over 4 t; or (ii) is a trailer. ‘ (1A) A vehicle used only seasonally may be registered for 3 or 6 months if— (a) it is used only to transport primary produce from a farm or fishing waters to where the primary produce is— (i) processed or the first processing step is taken; or (ii) stored before being processed; or (iii) loaded onto a train, vessel or another vehicle; and (b) it is a vehicle that— (i) has a load capacity over 4 t; or (ii) is a trailer.’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 1 (Fees) 6.(1) Schedule 1, Part 1, items 2 and 3— omit, insert— ‘ 2. Commercial vehicle— (a) truck tractor, prime mover, B-Double or road train— (i) RGCM not over 6.67 t (ii) RGCM over 6.67 t but not over 7 t . . . . . . . . (iii) RGCM over 7 t but same as for a passenger car 495.00

One motor vehicle (other than mobile machinery or equipment) registered in the name of the holder of a Pensioner Concession Card issued before 1 July 1994 by the Department of Social Security, in circumstances decided in writing by the Corporation— (a) not having an RGVM or RGCM over 4 t . . . . (b) motorised caravan RGVM over 4 t . . . . . . . . . ‘ 8. One motor vehicle (other than mobile machinery or equipment) registered in the name of the holder of a Pensioner Concession Card issued after 30 June 1994 by the Department of Social Security, in circumstances decided in writing by the Corporation— (a) not having an RGVM or RGCM over 4 t; or (b) motorised caravan RGVM over 4 t . . . . . . . . . 37.70 25% of the Part 1 fee 50% of the Part 1 fee ’.
