2 Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Amendment (No. 3) No. 281, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2.(1) Sections 3 and 4(1) commence on 1 August 1993. (2) Section 4(2) commences on 1 December 1993. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 (Fees) 4.(1) Schedule 1, Part 3, item 2— insert— ‘ (aa) a number plate, issued by $6.00 ’. the Corporation at least 5 years before its replacement, on which any writing, mark or colour is not clearly legible (2) Schedule 1, Part 3, item 2(aa)— omit.
