This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the TransportInfrastructure(Roads)Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 13 (Register of vehicles) 3. Section 13— insert— ‘ (4) If a vehicle is registered in the name of an unincorporated body, the vehicle is taken to be registered in the name of each person who— (a) carries on business in the name of the body; or (b) is a member (however described) of the body.’.
