This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the TransportInfrastructure(Roads)Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Definitions) 3. Section 2— insert — ‘ “public access provider” means a person who has entered into an agreement with the chief executive to provide public on-line computer access to the vehicles register.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Fees) 4. Schedule 1, part 4, item 3— omit, insert — ‘ 3. Extract from the vehicles register through a public access provider, per extract, for— (a) a search under a name and address . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (b) any other search . . . . . . . . 16.00 10.00’.
