s1 2 s4 Transport Infrastructure (Rail) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 No. 179, 2003 PART 1—PRELIMINARY 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Rail) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE (RAIL) REGULATION 1996 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Transport Infrastructure (Rail) Regulation 1996. 3 Amendment of s 10 (Injurious behaviour) Section 10(2)(a), ‘designed for passengers’— omit , insert — ‘used to transport passengers’. 4 Amendment of s 12 (Nuisance behaviour) (1) Section 12— insert — ‘ (3A) A person must not spit on— (a) rolling stock 1 used to transport passengers; or (b) a platform, or a structure or thing on a platform; or Examples of a structure or thing on a platform — • station office • lift 1 The Act, schedule 3 (Dictionary)
