s1 2 s4 Transport Infrastructure (Public Marine Facilities) No. 252, 2003 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Public Marine Facilities) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the TransportInfrastructure(PublicMarineFacilities) Regulation 2000. 3 Insertion of new s 7A Part 2, division 1, after section 7— insert— ‘7A Ending appointment ‘ (1) This section applies to each person mentioned in the first column of schedule 1A who, under an instrument mentioned in the second column of the schedule, 1 is, or is taken to be, 2 appointed under section 187B of the Act as the manager of the public marine facility mentioned in the third column of the schedule. ‘ (2) The appointment of the person as the manager of the public marine facility is ended.’. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Appointment of managers for public marine facilities) (1) Schedule 1, heading, from ‘ MANAGERS ’— omit, insert— ‘ MANAGER OF PUBLIC MARINE FACILITY ’. 1 These instruments are no longer in force. The reference to the instruments is given for information purposes only. 2 See section 267 (Transitional—wharf or other harbour work) of the Act.
