s1 2 s3 Transport Infrastructure (Public Marine Facilities) No. 90, 2001 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Public Marine Facilities) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the TransportInfrastructure(PublicMarineFacilities) Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 74 (Activities controlled by local government authorised officer at boat ramp or landing managed by local government) Section 74(4)(a), ‘6 months’— omit, insert — ‘12 months’.
