s1 2 s3 Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Amendment No. 215, 1995 (No. 2) ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the TransportInfrastructure(Ports)Regulation 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new ss 51 to 53 3. In part 6— insert— ˙ ‘ Closing Harbours Corporation Fund ‘ 51.(1) The amount credited to the Harbours Corporation Fund must be paid to the Consolidated Fund. ‘ (2) This section expires at the end of the day on which it commences. ˙ ‘Repeal ‘ 52.(1) The Harbour Board Inscribed Stock Regulation 1987 is repealed. ‘ (2) This section expires at the end of the day on which it commences. ˙ ‘ Expiry ‘ 53.(1) The Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , sections 129 and 135 1 expire at the end of the day on which this regulation commences. ‘ (2) This section expires at the end of the day on which it commences.’. 1 Section 129 (Funds under Harbour Act or Port of Brisbane Authority Act) Section 135 (Continuation of Inscribed Stock Regulations)
