Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Regulation 2005 . 3 Insertion of new s 5A After section 5— insert — ‘5A Other functions of port authorities—Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited ‘For the Act, section 275(1)(g), another function conferred on the Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited is to lease, sublease or licence its strategic port land at Cairns for development and use as cultural or tourism facilities.’.
