s1 2 s6 Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 238, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 October 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Regulation 2005 . 4 Insertion of new s 3A After section 3— insert— ‘3A Transfer of management of a port—Act, s 271(1) ‘The management of the port of Bundaberg is transferred from the Bundaberg Port Authority to the Port of Brisbane Corporation Limited on the transfer day.’. 5 Insertion of new s 4A After section 4— insert— ‘4A Revocation of declaration of a body as a port authority—Act, s 274A(c) ‘The declaration of Bundaberg Port Authority as a port authority is revoked on the transfer day.’. 6 Amendment of sch 2 (Port management) (1) Schedule 2, ‘Ports Corporation of Queensland’— omit, insert— ‘Ports Corporation of Queensland Limited’.
