This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Management of Harbour Works) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Order amended 2. This regulation amends the Harbours (Management of Harbour Works) Order 1992 . ˙ Replacement of s 1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Management of Harbour Works) Regulation 1992 .’. ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Management of harbour works) 4. Section 2(4)— omit, insert — ‘ (4) Unless otherwise stated, a reference in Schedule 1 or 2 to a plan is a reference to a plan held by the department.’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 1 (Harbour works) 5.
