Transport Infrastructure Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 October 2009. Part 2 Amendment of Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Regulation 2005 3 Regulation amended This part amends the Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Regulation 2005. 4 Amendment of s 3A (Transfer of management of a port—Act, s 271(1)) (1) Section 3A(1), from ‘from’ to ‘Limited’— omit, insert— ‘from Port of Brisbane Corporation Limited to Gladstone Ports Corporation Limited’. (2) After section 3A(1)— insert— ‘ Note — The management of the port of Bundaberg had previously been transferred from the Bundaberg Port Authority to the Port of Brisbane Corporation Limited by the TransportInfrastructure(Ports)Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 , section 4.’.
