This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Candidate GOC Port Authorities) Transitional Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Transport Infrastructure (Candidate GOCPort Authorities) Transitional Regulation 1994 . ˙ Replacement of s 55 (Superannuation schemes) 3. Section 55— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Superannuation schemes ‘ 55. A port authority may— (a) establish and amend superannuation schemes; or (b) join in establishing or amending superannuation schemes; or (c) take part in superannuation schemes.’. ENDNOTES 1.
