This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Transport Infrastructure Regulation 1995 . ˙ Replacement of s 3 (Continuation of operation of Act, s 235) 3. Section 3— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Extension of period to identify boundaries etc. ‘ 3. The period mentioned in section 215(1) 1 of the Act is extended by 2 years. ˙ ‘ Extension of expiry period for the Act, s 221 ‘ 4.
