1 . This Act may be cited as the “ Transport (Division short title,

of Functions) Commissioner for Railways Act, 1956.”

2, The Transport (Division of Functions) Act, 1932,

as amended by subsequent Acts, is amended by inserting no. ai,

at the end of subsection one of section seven the follomng
