Transport (Country Taxi-car) Amendment

Regulations 2010

Regulations 1982.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Transport (Country Taxi-car)
Amendment Regulations 2010.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2010.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Transport (Country Taxi-car)

4.            Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule 1 and insert:

1	Administration fee for issuing a new taxi-car licence (r. 8(2))	178.65
2	For issuing or renewing an ordinary taxi-car licence (r. 8(2) and 10(1))	101.40
3	For transferring an ordinary taxi-car licence (r. 11(3))	178.65
4	For issuing number plates for a vehicle licensed as a taxi-car (r. 14(1))	35.75

For authorising the operation of another vehicle (r. 17(1))	35.75
