Amendment Regulations 2008.

Transport (Country Taxi-ear) Amendment

Regulations 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

1 July 2008 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3161

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day or on 1 July 2008, whichever is the later.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Transport
(Country Taxi-car) Regulations 1982.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by deleting "162.40" and inserting instead — " 167.90 ";
(b)	in item 2 by deleting "92.20" and inserting instead — " 95.30 ";
(c)	in item 3 by deleting "162.40" and inserting instead — " 167.90 ".
