Transport (Country Taxi-car) Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

22 June 2007 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2875

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2007.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Transport
(Country Taxi-car) Regulations 1982*.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting "155" in both places where it occurs and " 162.40 ";

(b) by deleting "88" and inserting instead — " 92.20 ".
