TRANSPORT (COUNTRY TAXI-CAR) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Transport (Country Taxi-car)

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Principal regulations

3.      In these regulations the Transport (Country Taxi-car) Regulations 1982*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 34 amended

4.      Regulation 34 (3) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"flag fall and distance rates in the table to regulation 30" and substituting

the following —

fares and charges prescribed by the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and

Charges) Regulations 1991

Regulation 35 amended

5.      Regulation 35 (1) (a) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"charges prescribed in the table to regulation 30;" and substituting the

following —

Regulation 39A amended

6.     Regulation 39A of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"specified in the Table to regulation 30," and substituting the following —

7.     The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in item 2 by
