TRANSPORT (COUNTRY TAXI-CAR) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990 Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Execu- tive Council.

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Transport (Country Taxi-car)

Amendment Regulations 1990.

Regulation 30 amended

2.The Table to regulation 30 of the Transport (Country Taxi-car) Regulations

1982* is amended—

(a) in Part 1—

Flagfall 2.50

(i) in the item headed "AREA 1—" by inserting after "Shires of" the

following—

Leonora, ";

(ii) in the item headed "AREA 3—" by deleting "Roebourne,";

(iii) by deleting the item headed "Area 8—" and substituting the

following item—

AREA 8—Town of Albany—
(a) Metered rates—

(i) to apply between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm

Monday to Friday—

Flagfall 1.90

Distance rate—

per kilometre	0.90
for each 111 m or part thereof	0.10

Detention charge— for each 20 seconds or part thereof	0.10
Minimum charge	1.90

(ii) to apply between the hours of 6 pm and 6 am

Monday to Friday and 6 pm Friday to 6 am Monday, and at any time on a public holiday, including Christmas Day and New Year's Day—
