TRANSPORT CO-ORDINATION (PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

LICENSING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Transport Co-ordination

(Petroleum Products Licensing) Amendment Regulations 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 February 1995.

(a) section 47N (2a)(a), is 9.67 cents; and

(b) section 47N (2a)(b), is 7.45 cents. 57

Principal regulations
3. In these regulations the Transport Co-ordination (Petroleum Products

Licensing) Regulations 1985* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 3 repealed and a regulation substituted

4. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is repealed and the following.

Saving

5. Regulation 3 (3)(a) of the principal regulations as in force immediately before the commencement of these regulations continues to apply in relation to any licence granted under Part INA of the Act that has effect for a month or other period ending before 1 March 1995.
