2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on I July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Transport (Country Taxi-car)
Regulations 1982.

4.             Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule I and insert:

Schedule I — Fees

[r. 8, 10, Ii, 14 and 17]

1             Administration fee for issuing a new taxi-car licence

(r. 8(2)) 191.40

2.           For issuing or renewing an ordinary taxi-car licence

(r. 8(2) and 10(1)) 108.70
3.	For transferring an ordinary taxi-car I icence (r. 11(3)) 191.40

4.           For issuing number plates for a vehicle licensed as a

taxi-car (r. 14(1)) 35.75

5.           For authorising the operation of another vehicle in

substitution for a vehicle under repair (r. 17(1)) 38.25

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Transport Co-ordination mendinent

These regulations amend the Transport Co-ordination

Regulations 19 5.

4.        Regulation 8A anicnded

In regulation 8A:

(a) in paragraph (a)(ii) delete "$24.50;" and insert:

$25.45;

(b) in paragraph (d) delete "$1.46." anci insert:

$1.52.

5.             Regulation 8B amended

In i ,e^tulation 8B(b) delete 124.60." and insert:

$25.55.
