Transport Co-ordination Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Transport
Co-ordination Regulations 1985.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Transport Co-ordination Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day or on 1 July 2008, whichever is the later.

3.            The regulations amended

4.            Regulation 8A amended

Regulation 8A is amended as follows:

(a)

in paragraph (a)(ii) by deleting "$21.70;" and inserting " $22.40; ";

(b)

in paragraph (d) by deleting "$1.35." and inserting " $1.40. ".

5. Regulation 8B amended
Regulation 8B is amended as follows:

(a)

in paragraph (a) by deleting "$16.20;" and inserting " $16.80; ";

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting "$21.70." and inserting " $22.40. ".
