Transport Co-ordination Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Transport Co-ordination Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Transport
Co-ordination Regulations 1985*.

4.             Regulation 8A amended

Regulation 8A is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a)(ii) by deleting “$20;” and inserting instead —

“ $20.70; ”;

(b) in paragraph (d) by deleting “$1.26.” and inserting instead —

“ $1.30. ”.

5.             Regulation 8B amended

Regulation 8B is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting “$15” and inserting instead —

“ $15.50 ”;

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting “$20.” and inserting instead —
