Transport Co-ordination Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Transport Co-ordination
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2002.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Machinery of Government (Planning and Infrastructure) Act 2002 comes into operation.
3.	The regulations

amended ordination Regulations 1985*.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3 is amended by deleting the definition of -common seal".

5.            Regulation 4 repealed

Regulation 4 is repealed.
