Transport Co-ordination Amendment

Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Transport Co-ordination Amendment
Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day fixed under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 2(b).

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Transport Co-ordination
Regulations 1985.

4.             Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10 delete “Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards)
Regulations 2002.” and insert:
Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 112, 113 or 114.

5.             Schedule 2 amended

(1) In Schedule 2 Form 1 delete “Road Traffic Act” and insert:
Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012
(2) In Schedule 2 Form 4 delete “ROAD TRAFFIC ACT” and
insert:
ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) ACT 2012 VEHICLE
(3) In Schedule 2 Form 6:
(a) delete “Road Traffic Act” and insert:

Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012

(b) delete “Road Traffic Act” and insert:

Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012

(4) In Schedule 2 Form 13:
(a) delete “Road Traffic Act” and insert:

Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012

(b) delete “licensed in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1974, as amended from time to time.” and insert:

under the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012.
