Transport Co-ordination Amendment

Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Transport Co-ordination Amendment
Regulations 2010.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations! and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2010.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Transport Co-ordination
Regulations 1985.

4.            Regulation 8A amended

In regulation 8A(a)(ii) delete "$23.30;" and insert:

$23.80;

5.            Regulation 8B amended

In regulation 8B(b) delete "$23.35." and insert:

$23.85.
