Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Transport Co-ordination

2290 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 25 June 2004

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on I July 2004.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Transport
Co-ordination Regulations 1985*.

4.            Regulation 8A amended

Regulation 8A(d) is amended by deleting -S1.20." and inserting instead —

" $1.23. ".
