Transport Co-ordination Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Transport Co-ordination
Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 November 2002.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Transport Co-
ordination Regulations 1985*.

4.            Regulation 10 amended

Regulation 10 is amended by deleting "on any basis set out in the Vehicle Standards Regulations 1977 as amended from time to time." and inserting instead —

in accordance with the Road Traffic (Vehicle

Standards) Regulations 2002.
