These Regulations are the
Transport and Regional Services Legislation Amendment (Australian Protective Service) Regulations 2004 (No. 1) .
These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2004.
Schedule 1 amends the
Air Navigation Regulations 1947 .
Schedule 2 amends the
Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997 .
Schedule 3 amends the
Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 .
Schedule 4 amends the
Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 .

air security officer means a protective service officer or a special protective service officer of the Australian Federal Police who is directed by the Commissioner to carry out the duties of a position of air security officer.
