1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Transport and Regional Services Legislation Amendment (Australian Protective Service) Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2004.

3Amendment of Air Navigation Regulations 1947

Schedule 1 amends the Air Navigation Regulations 1947.

4Amendment of Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997

Schedule 2 amends the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997.

5Amendment of Civil Aviation Regulations 1988

Schedule 3 amends the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988.
