Transport and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2011 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, s 277 (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 23 May 2012. (2) In this section— postponed law means the TransportandOtherLegislationAmendment Act (No. 2) 2010 , section 277. Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 24 May 2012. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 25 May 2012.
