Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to repeal the Transport Administration (State Transit Authority—Fares) Order 2010 as a consequence of the commencement of the Passenger Transport (Opal and Other Fares) Order 2016 on 5 September 2016.
This Order is made under the Transport Administration Act 1988, including sections 85 (2) and 87.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Transport Administration (State Transit Authority—Fares) Repeal
Order 2016.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 5 September 2016 and is required to be published in the
Gazette.

3      Repeal

The Transport Administration (State Transit Authority—Fares) Order 2010 is repealed.
