His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Transport Administration Act 1988.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to dissolve Transport Cleaning Services, which is a public subsidiary corporation of RailCorp constituted in accordance with section 55C of the Transport Administration Act 1988. On the dissolution of Transport Cleaning Services, the assets, rights and liabilities of Transport Cleaning Services become the assets, rights and liabilities of RailCorp pursuant to section 55C (7) of that Act.
This Regulation is made under the Transport Administration Act 1988, including sections 55C and 119 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Transport Administration (General) Amendment (Transport
Cleaning Services) Regulation 2015.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2015 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Transport Administration (General) Regulation 2013
(1) Clause 3 Definitions Omit the definitions of Executive Director of Transport Cleaning Services and
Transport Cleaning Services from clause 3 (1).
(2) Part 5 Transport Cleaning Services Omit the Part. (3) Clause 92 Savings Omit clause 92 (2) (c).
