of Sydney Metro) Proclamation 2013

under the

Transport Administration Act 1988

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of clause 8 of Schedule 8A to the Transport Administration Act 1988, make the following Proclamation.

Proclamation 2013

Transport Administration Act 1988

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Transport Administration (Dissolution of
Sydney Metro) Proclamation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Dissolution of Sydney Metro

Pursuant to clause 8 of Schedule 8A to the Transport Administration Act 1988, 1 July 2013 is appointed as the day on which Sydney Metro is to be dissolved.
