Transport Accident (Administration of Charges) Amendment Regulations 2021

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make consequential amendments to the Transport Accident (Administration of Charges) Regulations 2021 arising from the commencement of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2021.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 132 of the Transport Accident Act 1986.

3Prescribed periods

In the table in regulation 5 of the Transport Accident (Administration of Charges) Regulations 2021[1]—

(a)in item 2, for "regulation 40 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020" substitute "regulation 58 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2021";

(b)in item 4, for "regulation 139 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020" substitute "regulation 155 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2021";
