I, Chris Jordan, Commissioner of Taxation in my capacity as the Registrar, make this instrument under the following subsections:

·62H(1) and 62L(1) of the Business Names Registration Act 2011

·13(1) and 16(1) of the Commonwealth Registers Act 2020

·1270G(1) and 1270K(1) of the Corporations Act 2001, and

·212H(1) and 212L(1) of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

1. Name of instrument

   This instrument is the Transitional Registry Data Standards and Disclosure Frameworks (Repeal) Instrument 2023.

1. Commencement

   This instrument commences the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

1. Authority

   This instrument is made under the Business Names Registration Act 2011, the Commonwealth Registers Act 2020, the Corporations Act 2001 and the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

1. Schedule

   Each instrument set out in the Schedule to this instrument is repealed.
