Correction to approval decision of the Transfield Services (Origin Energy Lang Lang and Yolla facilities) Electrical / Instrumentation (ETU) Maintenance Agreement 2012-2015.

[1] The decision published on 24 May 2013 (PR537245 [2013] FWCA 3313) approving the Transfield Services (Origin Energy Lang Lang and Yolla facilities) Electrical / Instrumentation (ETU) Maintenance Agreement 2012-2015 is hereby corrected as follows:

[2] By adding a new paragraph [3] as follows:

“[3] The Agreement does not contain a consultation term that complies with the requirements in s.203 of the Act, and accordingly, pursuant to s.204(4) of the Act I am required to note, and do note, that the model consultation term is taken to be a term of the Agreement.”

[3] By renumbering paragraphs [3] and [4] as [4] and [5].
