TRANSFER OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE
ANZAC MEMORIAL (BUILDING) ACT 1923

HER Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has approved of the administration of the Anzac Memorial (Building) Act 1923, being vested jointly in the Premier and the Minister Assisting the Premier on Veterans’ Affairs, subject to the administration of any Act, to the extent that it directly amends another Act, being vested in the Minister administering the other Act or the relevant portion of it.

The arrangements are in substitution for those in operation before the date of this notice.
