TRANSFER OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF VARIOUS ACTS

HER Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has approved of the administration of the Acts listed in the attached Schedule being vested in the Ministers indicated against each respectively, subject to the administration of any Act, to the extent that it directly amends another Act, being vested in the Minister administering the other Act or the relevant portion of it.

The arrangements are in substitution for those in operation before the date of this notice.
