Transfer of Land Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Transfer of Land Amendment

Regufla dons (No. 2) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These rei.ulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on 1 July 2012.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Transfer af'Lund

Regu/wions 2004.

4.             Regulation 9A amended

(1)	In Schedule] Division 6 delete items 19 and 20.
(2)	In Schedule 1 Division 7 item 14 delete "1 a"" (each occuii,ence)
and insert:

In regulation 9A(6) delete "(includin g, arranging postal delivery of material)".

5.             Schedule I amended

(3) In Schedule 1 amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out
in the Table.
