Transfer of Land Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2000

Made by the Commissioner of Titles with the approval of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Transfer of Land
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000 commences.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Transfer of
Land Regulations 1997* .

Regulation 7 is repealed.

5.            Schedule 3 deleted

Schedule 3 is deleted.
