Regulations (No. 2) 1998

Made by the Acting Commissioner of Titles with the approval of the

Governor in Executive Council.

1.

Citation Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2.

Commencement 1998 and the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3.

The regulations amended Transfer of Land Regulations 1997*.

4.             Division 1 amended

(1)	Items 1 to 12 in Division 1 are amended by deleting “60.00” in each place where it occurs and inserting instead — “ 64.00 ”.
(2)	Item 4 in Division 1 is amended —

(a)	by deleting “70.00” and inserting instead — “ 74.00 ”;
(b)	by deleting “90.00” and inserting instead — “ 94.00 ”.

5.             Division 2 amended

(1) Items 1 and 5 to 9 in Division 2 are amended by deleting
“60.00” and inserting instead —
“ 64.00 ”.

(2)	Item 4 in Division 2 is amended by deleting “30.00” and inserting instead —
“ 32.00 ”.

6.             Division 3 amended

(1)	Item 1 in Division 3 is amended by deleting “60.00” and inserting instead —
“ 64.00 ”.
(2)	Item 2 in Division 3 is amended by deleting “30.00” and inserting instead —
“ 32.00 ”.

7.             Division 4 amended

(1)	Items 1, 2, 3 and 5 in Division 4 are amended by deleting “60.00” and inserting instead —
“ 64.00 ”.
(2)	Item 4 in Division 4 is amended by deleting “120.00” and inserting instead —
“ 128.00 ”.

8.             Division 5 amended

Item 1 in Division 5 is amended by deleting “60.00” and inserting instead —

“ 64.00 ”.

9.             Division 8 amended

(1)	Items 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 11 in Division 8 are amended by deleting “60.00” in each place where it occurs and inserting instead —
“ 64.00 ”.
(2)	Item 8 in Division 8 is amended by deleting “30.00” and inserting instead —
“ 32.00 ”.
