TRANSFER OF LAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 2) 1992

Made by the Commissioner of Titles and approved by His Excellency the

Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive Council.

Citation

1.

Regulations (No. 2) 1992. These regulations may be cited as the Transfer of Land Amendment

Commencement

2.      These regulations shall come into operation on 29 September 1992.

Schedule 1 amended

3.     Schedule 1 to the Transfer of Land Regulations 1972* is amended in

Part 11 by deleting item 6 and substituting the following item —
