TRANSFER OF LAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1991
Made by the Commissioner of Titles and approved by His Excellency the
Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Transfer of Land Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1991.

Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1992.
Regulation 3 (1) amended
3. Regulation 3 (1) of the Transfer of Land Regulations 1972* is amended
by deleting "337" in paragraph (a) and substituting the following —
