Transfer of Land Act 1893

Transfer of Land Amendment Regulations 2013

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Transfer of Land Amendment
Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 August 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Transfer of Land
Regulations 2004.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out
in the Table.

5.             Schedule 2 amended

(1) In Schedule 2 item 1:

(a) in paragraph (c) delete “12EA; or” and insert:

12EA.

(b) delete paragraph (d).

(2)	In Schedule 2 after item 1 insert:
2A. Registration or revocation of an environmental protection notice under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 section 66.
