Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Transfer of Land Amendment
Regulations 2007.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows:
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 2 July 2007.
3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Transfer of Land
Regulations 2004*.[* Reprint1 as at 13 November 2006. For amendments to 17 May 2007 see Western Australian
Legislation Information Tables for 2006, Table 4.]

assessed under the Stamp Act 1921 of the parcel and, subject to
proof of the payment of that fee, the fee for registering and
