Made by the A/Commissioner of Titles with the approval of His Excellency the Governor in

Executive Council,

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Transfer of Land Amendment

Regulations 1997.

3. Schedule 1 to the Transfer of Land Regulations 1997* is amended by

repealing Division 6 and substituting the following Division -
