TRANSFER OF LAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Commissioner of Titles and approved by His Excellency the
Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Transfer of Land Amendment

31 October 19951 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5105
Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Transfer of Land Regulations 1972* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 7 inserted
3. After regulation 6 of the principal regulations the following regulation is

inserted -
Memorials and withdrawals of memorials - Crimes
(Confiscation of Profits) Act 1988
7. The forms prescribed in Schedule 2 are the forms prescribed for the lodgement of memorials and withdrawals of memorials for and 50 (7) of the Crimes (Confiscation of Profits) Act 1988. the purposes of sections 11 (2), 25 (6), 25 (8), 26 (3), 26 (5), 50 (5)
