TRANSFER OF LAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by the Commissioner of Titles and approved by His Excellency the

Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.

Regulations 1994. These regulations may be cited as the Transfer of Land Amendment

Approved by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

Schedule 1 amended

Part 9 by deleting item 9. Schedule 1 to the Transfer of Land Regulations 1972* is amended in
