Made under the Transfer of Land Amendment Act 2022 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Transfer of Land Amendment Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation 2023.

2.Commencement

The Transfer of Land Amendment Act 2022, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 7 August 2023.
